Winner of the National Endowment for the Arts Jazz Performance Award, and multiple awards from the Indiana Arts Commission, Mr. Glover is widely recognized as one of the leaders in the discipline of jazz clarinet. He is one of the first clarinetists to utilize multiphonics in a improvisatory setting and has been credited with "bringing the jazz clarinet into the 21st century." From the Chatterbox Tavern to Carnegie Hall, his name is continually mentioned alongside the great jazz clarinetists in history.

As a multi-discipline artist, he shared a painting studio with the late Lois Templeton, where their paintings were used for the Governors' Arts Awards, and his mixed media works and collages sold out his debut show on famed Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana. His paintings have been used for the art design in numerous recordings.

Mr. Glovers' musical compositions range from solo clarinet to full symphony orchestra and choir. His clarinet solos have been published for study and can be heard in the practice rooms of conservatories, with transcriptions being performed on several social media platforms. His compositions have been played in Italy and Japan, and by the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, where he was the featured soloist. 

He has online jazz students from coast to coast, and is a "self-work" coach, which he defines as "the art of getting to know oneself." He currently resides in the Yellowood Forest of Nashville, Indiana with his partner, Elizabeth, in a house he built himself.
